Results House Buyer is a real estate solutions and investment company with headquarters in Memphis, TN. It is part of a group of real estate businesses managed and operated by Terry Brown. We’re family owned and focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions for your real estate problems and needs.

We have experience in all levels of real estate investing, from buying houses that need a ton of work to go back to market to building new – cost efficient houses and selling them to investors that want to diversify their portfolio.

Terry Brown, Memphis TN

Terry Brown was born and raised in a small vacation community directly on Lake Erie in Port Clinton, Ohio. As a child, he worked on mowing grass, shoveling snow, delivering papers at Camp Perry during the National Rifle and Gun Championship.

Few fun facts about Terry Brown in Memphis TN:

  • Earned Sharpshooter award at Camp Perry
  • Attended Boys Scouts for 5 years and Earned Eagle Scout award Mile Swim award
  • Played drums in Rock N Roll Band senior year of high school

He graduated from Newark Ohio High School and graduated from Bliss College with a Bachelor of Business Degree. Thanks to these two pillars, he was able to learn how to manage a business, which later will help him with his own business.

He worked in the health club business for many years, and I opened the first women’s health spa in Ohio and operated a health facility management firm in Columbus, Ohio. Since he has a passion for sports, he also operated a tennis and racquetball club for a few years in Newark, Ohio. He started an acquisition & merger firm and operated for many years in Columbus, Ohio, and he opened Romeo’s Pizza and Subs restaurant in Columbus, Ohio operating for 5 years.

Afterward, he started the Metropolitan Mortgage Bank and operated for 8 years and retired at 49, then moved to Memphis, TN, with his wife. He also purchased a gym 2 months after his 50th birthday in Horn Lake, MS, and operated for 21 years.

Currently, he manages Memphis Investment Houses, Results House Buyer, USA Discount Properties, and Bryce & Brown Home Builders. He definitively has a passion for investments and real estate.
